Human gamma-Synuclein/SNCG Recombinant Protein
Gamma-Synuclein (SNCG) is a member of the Synuclein protein family. The peripheral nervous system and the retina are primarily inhabited by SNCG. SNCG has been shown to be involved in the maintenance of neurofilament network integrity and may be related to axon architecture regulation during development and adulthood. It may also play a role in regulating the keratin network in skin. SNCG has been used to identify breast cancer progression as a biomarker. It has been shown that SNCG is associated with the development of neurodegenerative diseases. Human gamma-Synuclein/SNCG Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
