Human NDRG1 Recombinant Protein
The NDRG1 gene is a member of the alpha/beta hydrolase family and part of the N-myc downregulated gene family. NDRG1 is a cytoplasmic protein that is involved in stress, hormone responses, cellular growth, and development. The protein NDRG1 is involved in p53-induced caspase activation and cell death. Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 4D is caused by defects in NDRG1, and the expression of NDRG1 may be a predictor for various types of cancer. C-MYC transcriptional repression and Direct p53 effectors are two pathways connected to NDRG1. Human NDRG1 Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
