Human IFNAR1/IFNAR Recombinant Protein
Interferon alpha and beta receptors are formed from IFNAR1, a type I membrane protein that forms one of the two chains. The binding and activation of the receptor activates Janus protein kinases, which phosphorylate a number of proteins, including STAT1 and STAT2. The protein functions as an antiviral compound and belongs to the cytokine receptor type II family. Two diseases associated with IFNAR1 are Yellow Fever and Papillomavirus. The interferon pathway and interferon gamma signaling are two related pathways influenced by IFNAR1. Human IFNAR1/IFNAR Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
