Human DLG4 Recombinant Protein
DLG4/PSD95 is a member of the MAGUK family. After heteromultimerizing with another MAGUK protein, DLG2, DLG4 is recruited into NMDA receptor and potassium channel clusters. The MAGUK proteins may act as a multimeric scaffold for the clustering of receptors, ion channels, and associated signalling molecules at postsynaptic sites. Encephalopathy, progressive, early-onset, with episodic rhabdomyolysis and intellectual developmental disorder, autosomal dominant 62 are two diseases linked to DLG4. Post NMDA receptor activation events and RET signalling are 2 related pathways of DLG4. Human DLG4 Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
