Human CRADD/RAIDD Recombinant Protein

The protein CRADD (CRADD) is found in most tissues, with especially high expression in the adult heart, testis, liver, skeletal muscle, fetal liver, and kidney. The CRADD domain consists of one CARD domain that interacts with caspase-2 and one death domain that binds RIP protein. CRADD binds to apoptotic adaptor molecules for caspase-2 and FASL/TNF receptor-interacting protein RIP. CCRADD causes cell death in a variety of tissues. Deficiencies of CRADD can lead to mental retardation. Human CRADD/RAIDD Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
