Human B7-H4/VTCN1 Recombinant Protein
VTCN1 interacts with ligands on the surface of T cells and are found on antigen-presenting cells. High levels of VTCN1 have been linked to cancer development in several studies. The B7-H4/VTCN1 recombinant protein is a soluble, non-glycosylated protein that has been expressed in E. coli and purified by affinity chromatography. The protein consists of a 19kDa VTCN1 peptide fused to the maltose-binding protein (MBP). Human B7-H4/VTCN1 Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
