The RDX Polyclonal Antibody (CAB14777) is a valuable tool for researchers studying RDX, a chemical compound commonly used in explosives. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity for detecting RDX in various samples. Validated for use in applications such as ELISA and immunohistochemistry, the antibody binds specifically to RDX, allowing for precise detection and quantification in tissues and other biological samples.RDX, also known as cyclonite, is a powerful explosive that is widely used in military and industrial applications.
Research on RDX is important for understanding its environmental impact, as well as developing methods for detection and remediation in contaminated areas. The RDX Polyclonal Antibody provides researchers with a reliable tool to study the distribution and metabolism of RDX, facilitating advancements in environmental monitoring and remediation efforts.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-200 of human Radixin (NP_002897.1).
Radixin is a cytoskeletal protein that may be important in linking actin to the plasma membrane. It is highly similar in sequence to both ezrin and moesin. The radixin gene has been localized by fluorescence in situ hybridization to 11q23. A truncated version representing a pseudogene (RDXP2) was assigned to Xp21.3. Another pseudogene that seemed to lack introns (RDXP1) was mapped to 11p by Southern and PCR analyses. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
