The RBM14 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB13159) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the RNA-binding protein RBM14, involved in various cellular processes such as RNA splicing and metabolism. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific to human RBM14 and has been validated for use in Western blot applications, enabling detection and analysis of RBM14 protein levels in different cell types.RBM14 is known to play a role in post-transcriptional gene regulation, making it a key player in gene expression pathways. Dysregulation of RBM14 has been linked to diseases such as cancer, making it a promising target for cancer research.
By understanding the function and regulation of RBM14, researchers can gain insights into its role in disease development and potentially identify novel therapeutic strategies.Overall, the RBM14 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB13159) provides a reliable tool for researchers investigating the function of RBM14 in various cellular processes and disease contexts, offering new possibilities for advancing our understanding of RNA biology and potential therapeutic interventions.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 110-220 of human RBM14 (NP_006319.1).
This gene encodes a ribonucleoprotein that functions as a general nuclear coactivator, and an RNA splicing modulator. This protein contains two RNA recognition motifs (RRM) at the N-terminus, and multiple hexapeptide repeat domain at the C-terminus that interacts with thyroid hormone receptor-binding protein (TRBP), and is required for transcription activation. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms (with opposing effects on transcription) have been described for this gene.
