Rat Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2 (VEGFR2) ELISA Kit
The Rat Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2 (VEGFR2) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of VEGFR2 levels in rat samples. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for various research applications.VEGFR2 is a key receptor involved in mediating vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) signaling, playing a crucial role in angiogenesis and vascular development. Dysregulation of VEGFR2 signaling is associated with various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and inflammatory conditions, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for disease research and therapeutic development.
With its reliable performance and ease of use, the Rat VEGFR2 ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers studying angiogenesis, vascular biology, and related pathology in rat models. Order now to advance your research with confidence and precision.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
