Rat Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 1 (VEGFR1) ELISA Kit
The Rat VEGFR1 (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate measurement of VEGFR1 levels in rat samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for various research applications in the field of vascular biology.VEGFR1 is a key receptor involved in the regulation of angiogenesis, a process critical for the growth of new blood vessels. Dysregulation of VEGFR1 signaling has been implicated in various diseases including cancer, diabetic retinopathy, and ischemic heart disease.
By utilizing this ELISA kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of VEGFR1 in these conditions and potentially develop novel therapeutic strategies.Overall, the Rat VEGFR1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides researchers with a valuable tool for studying the intricate mechanisms of blood vessel formation and exploring new avenues for targeted therapies in vascular-related disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
