The Rat Tyrosine Hydroxylase (TH) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of tyrosine hydroxylase levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for researchers working in the field of neuroscience and neurodegenerative disorders.Tyrosine hydroxylase is a key enzyme in the synthesis of dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine, playing a crucial role in the regulation of neurotransmitter levels and motor functions.
Imbalances in tyrosine hydroxylase levels have been associated with various neurological disorders, including Parkinson's disease and schizophrenia, making it a valuable target for therapeutic interventions and biomarker studies. With its ease of use and high-performance capabilities, the Rat Tyrosine Hydroxylase (TH) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers looking to explore the role of tyrosine hydroxylase in neurobiology and neurodegenerative diseases.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
