The Rat Tryptophan Hydroxylase 1 (TPH-1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of TPH-1 levels in rat serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This high-quality kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for a variety of research applications.TPH-1 is an important enzyme involved in the synthesis of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that plays a key role in mood regulation and behavior. Dysregulation of TPH-1 activity has been implicated in various psychiatric disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
With its ease of use and robust performance, the Rat TPH-1 ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers working in the fields of neuroscience, pharmacology, and psychiatry. Uncover new insights into serotonin metabolism and its implications for mental health with this innovative assay.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
