Rat Troponin I Type 1, Slow Skeletal (TNNI1) ELISA Kit
The Rat Troponin I, Type 1 (slow skeletal) TNNT1 ELISA Kit is a specially designed assay for the accurate and sensitive detection of TNNT1 levels in rat serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit offers high specificity and precision, ensuring consistent and reliable results for various research applications.TNNT1 is a key protein involved in muscle contraction, particularly in slow-twitch skeletal muscle fibers.
Abnormal levels of TNNT1 have been linked to various muscle disorders and diseases, making it an important biomarker for studying muscle function and pathology. This ELISA kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for investigating the role of TNNT1 in muscle physiology and pathology, potentially leading to new insights and therapeutic interventions in muscle-related conditions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
