The Rat Transgelin (TAGLN) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of transgelin levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, providing accurate and reliable results for a variety of research applications.Transgelin, also known as smooth muscle protein 22-alpha (SM22-alpha), is a key protein involved in regulating smooth muscle contraction and cell migration. It plays a critical role in various physiological processes, including wound healing, vascular remodeling, and fibrosis.
Dysregulation of transgelin expression has been implicated in diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and respiratory diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapies.Overall, the Rat Transgelin ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers looking to study the role of transgelin in health and disease, providing accurate and reproducible results to advance our understanding of this important protein.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
