Rat Tissue Inhibitors Of Metalloproteinase 4 (TIMP4) ELISA Kit
The Rat TIMP-4 (Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinase-4) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for the accurate measurement of TIMP-4 levels in rat tissue samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for your research needs.TIMP-4 is a member of the tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases family, which plays a crucial role in the regulation of matrix metalloproteinases, key enzymes involved in tissue remodeling and cell migration. Abnormal TIMP-4 expression has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, arthritis, and cardiovascular disorders, making it a valuable target for studying disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic interventions.
The Rat TIMP-4 ELISA Kit provides a convenient and efficient way to analyze TIMP-4 levels in rat tissues, offering researchers a powerful tool for advancing their understanding of tissue remodeling processes and disease mechanisms. Order your kit today and take the next step in your research endeavors.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
