The Rat Tight Junction Protein 1 (TJP1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of TJP1 levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides consistent and accurate results, making it a valuable asset for various research studies.TJP1, also known as ZO-1, is a key component of tight junctions, playing a crucial role in maintaining cell barrier function and integrity.
Dysregulation of TJP1 has been implicated in various diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease, cancer, and neurological disorders, underscoring its importance as a biomarker for disease progression and therapeutic targeting.Overall, the Rat TJP1 ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable and convenient method for studying the role of TJP1 in health and disease, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions and improved patient outcomes.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
