The Rat Thrombospondin-2 (THBS2) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and accurate tool for the detection of THBS2 levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for various research applications.THBS2 is a key protein involved in cell adhesion and migration, as well as in regulating the extracellular matrix. Dysregulation of THBS2 expression has been implicated in a variety of diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and fibrosis.
Therefore, this ELISA kit serves as a valuable tool for studying THBS2's role in these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Rat THBS2 ELISA Kit is a valuable asset for researchers looking to explore the mechanisms underlying disease pathogenesis and identify novel targets for treatment. Its high performance and ease of use make it an essential tool for advancing scientific discoveries in the field of biomedical research.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
