Rat TEK Tyrosine Kinase, Endothelial (Tie2) ELISA Kit
The Rat TEK (Tyrosine Kinase Endothelial) Tie2 ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of Tie2 levels in rat serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This advanced kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results for various research purposes.Tie2 is a key tyrosine kinase receptor found on endothelial cells, playing a critical role in angiogenesis, vascular development, and maintenance of vascular integrity. Dysregulation of Tie2 signaling has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and inflammatory conditions, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker.
With its superior performance and versatility, the Rat TEK Tie2 ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for scientists and researchers studying angiogenesis, vascular biology, and related pathologies in rat models. Elevate your research with reliable and insightful data using this cutting-edge ELISA kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
