Rat TARC (Thymus Activation Regulated Chemokine) CLIA Kit
The Rat TARC (Thymus Activation Regulated Chemokine) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool for measuring TARC levels in rat samples. This kit is specifically designed for accurate quantification of TARC in serum, plasma, and tissue culture supernatants, with high sensitivity and specificity to ensure reliable results.TARC is a chemokine that plays a crucial role in immune responses, particularly in regulating T cell migration and activation. Elevated levels of TARC have been associated with various inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, making it an important biomarker for research in immunology, allergy, and inflammatory diseases.
With its ease of use and robust performance, the Rat TARC CLIA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying immune responses and inflammatory processes in rat models. Order now to accelerate your research and uncover new insights into the role of TARC in health and disease.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat TARC. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat TARC and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat TARC, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat TARC. You can calculate the concentration of Rat TARC in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
