Rat Surfactant Associated Protein J (SPJ) ELISA Kit
The Rat Surfactant Associated Protein J (SP-J) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate and efficient detection of SP-J levels in rat samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.SP-J is a key protein involved in surfactant function, crucial for maintaining proper lung function and preventing respiratory distress. Dysfunction of SP-J has been implicated in respiratory diseases such as acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and interstitial lung disease (ILD), highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for studying and developing treatments for these conditions.
With its reliable performance and easy-to-use format, the Rat Surfactant Associated Protein J (SP-J) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers looking to investigate the role of SP-J in lung health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
