Rat Surfactant Associated Protein B (SPB) ELISA Kit
The Rat Surfactant-associated Protein B (SP-B) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the quantitative measurement of SP-B levels specifically in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for your research needs.Surfactant protein B (SP-B) is a critical component of lung surfactant, essential for maintaining alveolar structure and function. Dysregulation of SP-B expression has been implicated in various pulmonary diseases, including respiratory distress syndrome and bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
By accurately measuring SP-B levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these conditions and potentially identify new therapeutic targets. The Rat SP-B ELISA Kit from AssayGenie is a valuable tool for studying lung development, respiratory disorders, and therapeutic interventions in rat models. Trust in the reliability and accuracy of this kit to advance your research in pulmonary biology and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
