Rat Suppressors Of Cytokine Signaling 1 (SOCS1) ELISA Kit
The Rat Suppressors of Cytokine Signaling 1 (SOCS1) ELISA Kit is a reliable and efficient tool for the precise measurement of SOCS1 levels in rat samples, including serum and plasma. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for research purposes.SOCS1 is a key regulator of cytokine signaling pathways, playing a critical role in immune responses and inflammatory processes. Dysregulation of SOCS1 has been linked to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, cancer, and infectious diseases, making it a valuable target for therapeutic interventions.
With its user-friendly format and dependable performance, the Rat SOCS1 ELISA Kit is ideal for studying the role of SOCS1 in disease pathogenesis, identifying potential biomarkers, and evaluating the efficacy of therapeutic strategies. Trust in this kit to drive your research forward with confidence and precision.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
