Rat Superoxide Dismutase, Copper Chaperone (SOD4) ELISA Kit
The Rat Superoxide Dismutase Copper Chaperone Sod4 ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of Sod4 levels in rat samples including serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, ensuring precise and reproducible results for various research applications.Sod4, also known as copper chaperone for Cu-Zn superoxide dismutase, is a vital protein involved in the activation and maturation of superoxide dismutase, an enzyme that plays a crucial role in antioxidant defense mechanisms. Dysregulation of Sod4 has been linked to oxidative stress-related diseases such as neurodegenerative disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and inflammatory conditions.
By accurately measuring Sod4 levels in rat samples, researchers can gain valuable insights into the antioxidant defense system and its role in various pathophysiological conditions. The Rat Superoxide Dismutase Copper Chaperone Sod4 ELISA Kit provides a reliable tool for studying Sod4 biology and developing potential therapeutic interventions targeted at oxidative stress-related diseases.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
