Rat Succinate Dehydrogenase Complex Subunit B (SDHB) ELISA Kit
The Rat Succinate Dehydrogenase Complex Subunit B (SDHB) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for measuring levels of SDHB in rat samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reproducible results, making it a valuable asset for various research applications.SDHB is a critical component of the succinate dehydrogenase complex, playing a key role in the electron transport chain and energy production within cells. Dysregulation of SDHB has been linked to various diseases including cancer, metabolic disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions.
Therefore, measuring SDHB levels can provide valuable insights into disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets. This ELISA kit offers researchers a reliable method for quantifying SDHB levels in rat samples, allowing for in-depth investigation into the role of this protein in health and disease. Its high performance characteristics and ease of use make it an essential tool for studies aiming to unravel the complexities of SDHB biology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
