The Rat Sorbitol Dehydrogenase (SDH) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate quantification of sorbitol dehydrogenase levels in rat samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, allowing for precise and consistent results, making it perfect for various research purposes.Sorbitol dehydrogenase is an important enzyme involved in the metabolism of sorbitol, a sugar alcohol commonly found in various tissues. Changes in sorbitol dehydrogenase levels have been linked to conditions such as diabetes, liver disease, and cataracts, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for these diseases.
By utilizing the Rat Sorbitol Dehydrogenase (SDH) ELISA Kit, researchers can study the role of sorbitol dehydrogenase in disease pathology and potentially develop new therapeutic strategies targeting this enzyme. With its reliable performance and broad applicability, this kit is a valuable asset for any laboratory conducting research on sorbitol metabolism and related diseases.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
