Rat sFAS/sAPO-1 (Soluble Factor-Related Apoptosis) CLIA Kit
The Rat SFAS (Sapo-1 Soluble Factor-Related Apoptosis) CLIA Kit from Assay Genie is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of SFAS levels in rat samples. This kit is ideal for researchers studying apoptosis-related pathways and examining the role of SFAS in various biological processes.SFAS is a key factor in apoptosis, or programmed cell death, and plays a crucial role in regulating cell survival and death. Dysregulation of SFAS has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for research and potential therapeutic targets.
With its reliable performance and user-friendly protocol, the Rat SFAS CLIA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying apoptosis and identifying novel therapeutic strategies. Discover the potential of SFAS with the Assay Genie Rat SFAS CLIA Kit today.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat sFAS/sAPO-1. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat sFAS/sAPO-1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat sFAS/sAPO-1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat sFAS/sAPO-1. You can calculate the concentration of Rat sFAS/sAPO-1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
