The Rat Selenoprotein P1 (Plasma SEPP1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate quantification of SEPP1 levels in rat plasma samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, providing researchers with reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.SEPP1 is a critical selenoprotein that plays a key role in regulating selenium metabolism and antioxidant defense in the body. It is involved in various biological processes, including immune function, thyroid hormone regulation, and protection against oxidative stress.
Changes in SEPP1 levels have been linked to conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, neurological disorders, and cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Rat SEPP1 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers interested in investigating the role of SEPP1 in health and disease, providing valuable insights into its function and potential clinical applications.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
