The Rat Secretory Immunoglobulin A (sIgA) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for quantitative detection of secretory immunoglobulin A levels in rat biological samples such as serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for your research needs.Secretory immunoglobulin A (sIgA) is a vital component of the immune system, defending against pathogens at mucosal surfaces and providing essential protection against infections.
Monitoring sIgA levels can provide insights into immune function and response to various stimuli, making it a valuable biomarker for studying immune-related disorders and therapeutic interventions.Whether you are investigating immune responses in infectious diseases, inflammatory conditions, or gut health, the Rat Secretory Immunoglobulin A (sIgA) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for advancing your research and understanding the role of sIgA in maintaining immune homeostasis.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
