The Rat Ribonuclease T2 (RNaseT2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of RNaseT2 levels in rat samples. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results for a variety of experimental settings. RNaseT2 is an important enzyme involved in RNA degradation and plays a critical role in various cellular processes. Dysregulation of RNaseT2 has been implicated in diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, highlighting its significance as a potential therapeutic target and diagnostic marker.
With the Rat Ribonuclease T2 (RNaseT2) ELISA Kit, researchers can efficiently analyze RNaseT2 levels in rat serum, plasma, and tissue samples, enabling in-depth investigations into its biological functions and disease implications. This kit is an indispensable resource for advancing scientific discoveries and developing innovative strategies for disease management.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
