Rat Retinol Binding Protein 4, Plasma (RBP4) ELISA Kit
The Rat Retinol-Binding Protein 4 (RBP4) Plasma ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate quantification of RBP4 levels in rat plasma samples. This kit is ideal for researchers studying metabolic disorders, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases where RBP4 plays a crucial role as a biomarker.RBP4 is a carrier protein for retinol and is involved in the regulation of insulin resistance and glucose metabolism. Elevated levels of RBP4 have been linked to insulin resistance, obesity, and other metabolic disorders, making it a valuable target for research and potential therapeutic developments.
With its high performance and reliability, the Rat RBP4 Plasma ELISA Kit offers researchers a powerful tool for investigating the role of RBP4 in various physiological and pathological conditions, providing valuable insights for future studies and clinical applications.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
