Rat Regulator Of G Protein Signaling 6 (RGS6) ELISA Kit
The Rat Regulator of G-Protein Signaling 6 (RGS6) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the detection and quantification of RGS6 levels in rat serum, plasma, and tissue samples. This kit is specifically designed for high sensitivity and accuracy, providing reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.RGS6 is a critical regulator of G-protein signaling, playing a key role in modulating various cellular processes and pathways. Dysregulation of RGS6 has been implicated in numerous diseases, including cardiovascular disorders, neurological conditions, and certain cancers.
Therefore, the measurement of RGS6 levels is essential for understanding its role in disease pathogenesis and developing targeted therapeutic interventions. With the Rat RGS6 ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently assess RGS6 expression levels in biological samples, advancing our understanding of G-protein signaling and its impact on disease progression.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
