Rat RANkL (Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor Kappa B Ligand) CLIA Kit
The Rat RANKL (Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor Kappa B Ligand) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the quantitative detection of RANKL levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications.RANKL is a key regulator of bone metabolism and plays a crucial role in osteoclast differentiation, activation, and survival. Dysregulation of RANKL signaling is associated with various bone-related disorders such as osteoporosis and bone metastasis.
Therefore, measuring RANKL levels can provide valuable insights into bone health and disease progression.By using the Rat RANKL CLIA Kit, researchers can accurately quantify RANKL levels in rat samples, allowing for a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying bone remodeling and skeletal homeostasis. This kit is an essential tool for investigating the role of RANKL in bone disorders and developing potential therapeutic interventions.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat RANκL. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat RANκL and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat RANκL, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat RANκL. You can calculate the concentration of Rat RANκL in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
