Rat Protein Phosphatase 3, Regulatory Subunit 1 (PPP3R1) ELISA Kit
The Rat Protein Phosphatase 3 Regulatory Subunit 1 (PPP3R1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for detecting and quantifying levels of PPP3R1 in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and reproducible results, making it suitable for a variety of research applications.PPP3R1 is a key regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 3 (PPP3), playing a critical role in signaling pathways involved in cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of PPP3R1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, making it a valuable target for drug development and therapeutic interventions.
By using the Rat PPP3R1 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain insights into the role of PPP3R1 in disease pathogenesis and evaluate its potential as a biomarker for disease diagnosis and prognosis. This kit provides a reliable and efficient method for studying PPP3R1 biology and identifying novel therapeutic strategies targeting this important regulatory protein.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
