Rat Protein Kinase, AMP Activated Beta 1 (PRKAb1) ELISA Kit
The Rat Protein Kinase AMP-Activated Beta 1 (PRKAB1) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for the quantitative measurement of PRKAB1 levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and cell lysates. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.PRKAB1 is a key regulatory protein involved in the activation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), a central regulator of cellular energy metabolism. Dysregulation of AMPK signaling pathways has been implicated in various metabolic disorders, including obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.
Therefore, measuring PRKAB1 levels can provide valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapies.Overall, the Rat PRKAB1 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying the role of AMPK signaling in metabolic disorders and seeking to identify novel therapeutic targets for intervention. With its high performance and ease of use, this kit is a valuable asset for any laboratory conducting research in this field.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
