Rat Protein C Receptor, Endothelial (PROCR) ELISA Kit
The Rat PROCR (Protein C Receptor, Endothelial) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for detecting and measuring levels of the PROCR protein in rat samples. With high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reliable results for research applications in the fields of angiogenesis, vascular biology, and disease-related studies.PROCR is an important receptor protein that plays a key role in regulating blood coagulation, inflammation, and cell signaling processes. Its dysregulation has been linked to various diseases, including thrombosis, sepsis, and cancer, making it a valuable target for biomarker analysis and therapeutic development.
With easy-to-follow protocols and robust performance, the Rat PROCR ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is an essential tool for researchers looking to study the function and expression of the PROCR protein in rat models. Unlock new insights into vascular biology and disease mechanisms with this cutting-edge ELISA kit.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
