Rat Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor 1 (PAI1) ELISA Kit
The Rat Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) ELISA Kit offered by AssayGenie is a cutting-edge tool for the precise measurement of PAI-1 levels in rat samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and consistent results, making it the perfect choice for various research applications.PAI-1 is a key regulator of the fibrinolytic system, playing a critical role in maintaining the balance between clot formation and dissolution. Dysregulation of PAI-1 has been implicated in various diseases including thrombosis, atherosclerosis, and fibrosis, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target.
By accurately quantifying PAI-1 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these conditions and facilitate the development of novel treatment strategies.Choose the Rat PAI-1 ELISA Kit from AssayGenie for reliable and reproducible results that will advance your research endeavors in the fields of cardiovascular, fibrotic, and thrombotic disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
