Rat Peroxisome ProlifeRat or Activated Receptor Alpha (PPARa) ELISA Kit
The Rat Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor Alpha (PPARA) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of PPARA levels in rat serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, providing accurate and reliable results for various research applications.PPARA is a key nuclear receptor involved in regulating lipid metabolism, glucose homeostasis, and inflammation. Dysregulation of PPARA has been linked to metabolic disorders such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.
By accurately measuring PPARA levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these conditions and develop potential therapeutic strategies. The Rat PPARA ELISA Kit is easy to use, with a simple and efficient protocol that ensures reproducible results. With its high-performance capabilities, this kit is an essential tool for studying PPARA-related pathways and exploring novel treatment options for metabolic and inflammatory diseases.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
