The Rat PGA (Pepsinogen A) ELISA Kit is a highly specialized and sensitive assay designed for the precise measurement of pepsinogen levels in rat serum, plasma, and tissue samples. This kit offers unparalleled accuracy and reproducibility, making it an invaluable tool for researchers studying gastric health and function.Pepsinogen A is an important enzyme produced by the stomach that is involved in the digestion of proteins. Abnormal levels of pepsinogen A can be indicative of various gastric diseases, such as gastritis and peptic ulcers.
By accurately measuring pepsinogen A levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the health of the gastrointestinal tract and potential disease mechanisms. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Rat PGA ELISA Kit is a valuable resource for researchers looking to study gastric health, assess the efficacy of therapeutic interventions, and develop novel treatments for gastric diseases. Get your hands on this advanced assay kit today and unlock the potential of your research.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
