The Rat PAP (Plasmin-Antiplasmin) Complex CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of the PAP complex in rat samples. This kit is ideal for measuring levels of the PAP complex in serum, plasma, and other biological samples, providing researchers with reliable and reproducible results for a wide range of research applications. The PAP complex is an important biomarker in the field of coagulation and fibrinolysis, reflecting the balance between plasminogen activation and plasmin inhibition.
Changes in PAP levels have been associated with various pathologies, including thrombotic disorders, liver disease, and inflammation. Studying the PAP complex can provide valuable insights into these diseases and help in the development of potential therapeutic interventions. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Rat PAP Complex CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers looking to explore the role of the PAP complex in health and disease. Get accurate and reliable results with this advanced assay kit from Assay Genie.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat PAP. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat PAP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat PAP, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Rat PAP. You can calculate the concentration of Rat PAP in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
