The Rat Paired Box Gene 6 (PAX6) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive assay designed for the accurate measurement of PAX6 levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high specificity and precision, ensuring consistent and reproducible results for various research applications.PAX6 is a key transcription factor that plays a crucial role in eye and brain development. Mutations in the PAX6 gene have been linked to various ocular disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying eye development and diseases such as aniridia and microphthalmia.
Additionally, PAX6 is involved in regulating neural stem cell differentiation and has implications in neurodevelopmental disorders. This ELISA kit provides researchers with a powerful tool to study the role of PAX6 in development and disease, enabling a better understanding of its functions and potential therapeutic applications. Its high sensitivity and accuracy make it an indispensable resource for investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying PAX6-related conditions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
