Rat Neurofilament, Heavy Polypeptide (NEFH) ELISA Kit
The Rat Neurofilament Heavy Polypeptide (NEFH) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise quantification of NEFH levels in rat samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results, making it well-suited for a variety of neuroscience research applications.NEFH is a critical component of neurofilaments, structural proteins essential for maintaining the shape and size of neurons. Dysregulation of NEFH has been implicated in various neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
Therefore, measuring NEFH levels can provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Rat NEFH ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying the role of neurofilaments in neurodegenerative diseases and exploring potential treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
