The Rat Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) IB NGFIB ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise and accurate detection of NGF levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results, making it an excellent choice for a variety of research purposes.NGF is a key protein essential for promoting the growth and survival of nerve cells, playing a critical role in neuronal development and function. It is implicated in various neurological conditions, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and nerve injury, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding these disorders and potential therapeutic interventions.
With the Rat Nerve Growth Factor IB NGFIB ELISA Kit, researchers can reliably measure NGF levels in rat samples, providing valuable insights into neurobiology, neurodegenerative diseases, and potential treatment strategies. This kit is a valuable tool for studying the role of NGF in nerve growth and development, opening up new possibilities for advancing our understanding of neurological disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
