Rat Natriuretic Peptide Receptor 2 (NPR2) ELISA Kit
The Rat Natriuretic Peptide Receptor 2 (NPR2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring levels of NPR2 in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.NPR2 is a key receptor involved in regulating natriuretic peptide signaling, which plays a crucial role in cardiovascular physiology, fluid homeostasis, and blood pressure regulation.
Dysregulation of NPR2 has been linked to various cardiovascular diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic targets. With the Rat NPR2 ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently analyze NPR2 levels in rat samples and gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying cardiovascular diseases and other related disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
