Rat Myosin Heavy Chain 7, Cardiac Muscle, Beta (MYH7) ELISA Kit
The Rat Myosin Heavy Chain 7 (Cardiac Muscle Beta) (Myh7) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers looking to accurately measure the levels of Myh7 in rat samples. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, providing reliable and consistent results for a variety of research applications.Myh7 is a key protein found in cardiac muscle, playing a crucial role in muscle contraction and overall heart function. Dysregulation of Myh7 has been linked to various cardiovascular diseases and disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.
Whether studying cardiac physiology, investigating heart disease mechanisms, or exploring potential treatments, the Rat Myosin Heavy Chain 7 (Cardiac Muscle Beta) (Myh7) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers seeking to gain valuable insights into cardiac muscle function and disease progression.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
