Rat Myeloid Differentiation Factor 88 (MyD88) ELISA Kit
The Rat Myeloid Differentiation Factor 88 (MyD88) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the detection of MyD88 levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and consistent results, making it an excellent choice for diverse research purposes.MyD88 is a key signaling adapter protein involved in the activation of innate immune responses and inflammatory pathways. Dysregulation of MyD88 has been linked to various diseases, including infections, autoimmune disorders, and cancer.
Therefore, measuring MyD88 levels in biological samples can provide valuable insights into the underlying mechanisms of these diseases and aid in the development of targeted therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Rat MyD88 ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers studying immune responses, inflammation, and related diseases in rat models. Its reliability and precision make it a valuable resource for advancing our understanding of MyD88 biology and its role in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
