Rat Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 1 (MCP1) ELISA Kit
The Rat Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1 (MCP-1) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool designed for the quantitative detection of MCP-1 levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for various research applications.MCP-1 is a key chemokine involved in the recruitment and activation of monocytes, playing a critical role in inflammatory responses and immune regulation. Dysregulation of MCP-1 expression has been linked to various diseases, including cardiovascular diseases, neuroinflammatory disorders, and autoimmune conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for investigating these pathologies and potential therapeutic interventions.
With its user-friendly protocols and robust performance, the Rat MCP-1 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying the complex mechanisms of MCP-1 and its implications in disease pathogenesis. Get reliable and reproducible data with this advanced ELISA kit from AssayGenie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
