Rat MCSF (Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor 1) ELISA Kit
The Rat MCSF (Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor 1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool designed for the precise quantitative measurement of MCSF levels in rat samples.
MCSF, also known as CSF-1, plays a crucial role in hematopoiesis, specifically in the differentiation and proliferation of macrophages. This cytokine serves as an essential growth factor for cells of the monocyte-macrophage lineage, influencing various cellular functions and immune responses. Our ELISA kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results that shed light on the role of MCSF in immune regulation and disease pathogenesis. Manufactured with stringent quality control standards, this kit guarantees reliable performance, providing valuable insights for researchers studying immune responses, inflammation, and related pathological conditions. Trust in Assay Genie's IL-1 ELISA Kit for robust and user-friendly tools that advance your research endeavors effectively.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat MCSF. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat MCSF and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat MCSF, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rat MCSF. You can calculate the concentration of Rat MCSF in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
