The Rat Lymphotoxin-Beta (LTB) ELISA Kit is a highly accurate and reliable tool for the detection of lymphotoxin-beta levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for various research applications.Lymphotoxin-beta is a key protein involved in inflammatory responses and immune regulation. It plays a crucial role in the development and function of lymphoid tissues, as well as in the regulation of immune responses against pathogens. Dysregulation of lymphotoxin-beta is associated with various inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing targeted therapies.
The Rat Lymphotoxin-Beta (LTB) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying the role of lymphotoxin-beta in immune responses, inflammation, and autoimmune diseases in rat models. Its high sensitivity and specificity make it an invaluable resource for elucidating the complex mechanisms underlying these conditions and identifying potential therapeutic targets.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
