Rat Kelch Like ECH Associated Protein 1 (KEAP1) ELISA Kit
The Rat KEAP1 (Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of KEAP1 levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit ensures accurate and consistent results, with high sensitivity and specificity, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.KEAP1 is a key protein involved in cellular defense against oxidative stress and plays a crucial role in regulating the antioxidant response by controlling the activity of transcription factor NRF2.
Dysregulation of KEAP1-NRF2 signaling has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and inflammatory conditions, making KEAP1 an important biomarker for studying these diseases and potential therapeutic interventions. This ELISA kit provides researchers with a reliable tool to quantitatively measure KEAP1 levels in rat samples, facilitating research in the field of oxidative stress, antioxidant defense mechanisms, and related diseases.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
