The Rat Interleukin-33 (IL-33) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive assay designed for the accurate measurement of interleukin-33 levels in rat serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit offers high specificity and precision, allowing for consistent and reproducible results, making it ideal for a wide range of research applications in the field of immunology.Interleukin-33 is a key cytokine involved in regulating immune responses and inflammation, playing a critical role in various diseases such as asthma, allergies, and autoimmune disorders.
By accurately quantifying IL-33 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the pathophysiology of these conditions and develop potential therapeutic interventions targeting IL-33 signaling pathways.Overall, the Rat Interleukin-33 (IL-33) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying immune-related diseases and seeking to better understand the role of IL-33 in immune regulation and disease pathology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
